Report 6. Dear Diana, Monday, 10-02-1997. Sent my package by EMS SKy Pak.

I reflect about the role of Monarchy in the European Union in 2000. I read the article 'Hof & Staat' in 'Vorsten' of this month. The most important article of our constitutional monarchy is article 42: "The government is formed by the King and the secretaries of state. The King is inviolable". Our queen is not allowed to speak about "purple". I will be discrete in that situation. Nevertheless in the year 2000 there will be some monarchies within a political European Union and this problem can only be solved within a written European Constitution. I decided to turn to the Anglican Church that makes a second marriage possible. So I am glad that you decided to keep your wedding dress and hope you will be happier the second time you are going to wear it. You are right to hand it on to your children. On televison I saw the image of a yellow bird in a tree that was cut down. He called himself an unlucky person because he could not fly. I immediately thought about my old friend and his company that I founded. I made an appointment with the Manager Business Development Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on Wednesday the 12th in Hilton Schiphol. One hour before my meeting with GG. VH will be the bridge between you and me. GG can be the heavyweight that I need here. He has all the contacts in the market and stood on the basis of our Spain Project in 1988. My Cervantes Plan derives directly from that plan. So GG will be the perfect Managing Director Benelux and perhaps the perfect overall Commercial Manager. I will offer him that position. I will offer both of them the most recent version of the Business Plan 'Instituto Cervantes Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales', correspondence included. When GG accepts my offer I will come to England as soon as possible. I am reaching a point of exhaustion now and I need a break. I need a holiday as soon as possible. I read "I couldn't bear to give my dress away. I want to hand it on to my children". No Diana! It will be your second wedding gown! I hope you will agree according to the Rules.
