ONTWIKKELINGEN IN HET VERENIGD KONINKRIJK EN MIJN VERBINDENDE ELEMENTEN D.D. 20 SEPTEMBER VANAF 1995

Aansluitend aan mijn bericht ‘Het Vredespaleis, het valentijnskabinet van 2007 en mijn verbindende elementen d.d. 19 september vanaf 1995’ onving ik gisteren om 09:15 het bericht Prince-Andrew-set-leave-Balmoral-pregnant-Princess-Beatrice-London-hospital

Prince Andrew ‘is set to leave Balmoral to see pregnant Princess Beatrice in London hospital’ as Virginia Roberts’s lawyers try to serve him sex abuse legal papers. Lawyers have been trying to serve Virginia Giuffre’s sex abuse lawsuit on him By Jack Wright For Mailonline Published: 07:45 BST, 19 September 2021 | Updated: 07:46 BST, 19 September 2021  Prince Andrew could be set to leave Balmoral to see his heavily pregnant daughter Beatrice after she was apparently admitted to a London hospital on Friday – as lawyers try to serve Virginia Giuffre’s sex abuse lawsuit on him. The Queen’s granddaughter, 33, is expecting her first baby with Italian property developer husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38, who she wed in a surprise Covid-safe ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor last year. Her father Andrew, who has been in hiding for some time on the 50,000-acre royal estate in Aberdeenshire, is now likely to make the 500-mile trip back to London to see Beatrice, according to The Sun. A Balmoral insider told the paper: ‘Prince Andrew obviously hasn’t wanted to leave Balmoral when lawyers are still trying to serve the lawsuit papers but his daughter comes first and he will want to be there for her. ‘He could end up staying on the estate and waiting for Beatrice to come to him once she’s given birth. But I’m sure he will want to go to her.’ The duke has appeared to play a game of cat and mouse with the legal team acting for Ms Giuffre, formerly Roberts – moving between his home in Windsor and the Balmoral  estate to keep out of their way.

Positiever nieuws betreft de Emmy Awards: “The Crown rules supreme at the Emmy Awards as they scoop SEVEN gongs including Best Drama”.

16:50 Ellen van Dijk wereldkampioen wielrennen tijdrit op de weg in Brugge en Prins Charles over zijn vader Philip The Prince of Wales has recalled ‘the fun of having young parents’ and how his father, the Duke of Edinburgh, was ‘marvellous at arranging silly games’.  In a BBC tribute programme to Prince Philip, airing on Wednesday, Prince Charles, 72, says ‘there were lots of chasing around and mad things’ when he was a child. In an unusual show of unity, senior members of the Royal Family have come together to share memories that reveal the late duke’s domestic side, and in a sneak preview clip, shared by Clarence House today, Philip, a young Charles and Princess Anne can be seen riding bicycles as their aunt, Princess Margaret, chases after them. During Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembers, the heir to the throne says of his late father: ‘He was marvellous at arranging silly games. I mean, the fun of having obviously young parents was… there were lots of chasing around and mad things.’ The Queen was just 22-years-old when she gave birth to her first son on 14 November 1948, while Prince Philip was 27. In another preview video, shared on the Royal Family’s Instagram account, Anne, 71, remembers fishing with her father in Scotland. ‘I always said I couldn’t catch anything and he’d say, “Nonsense, come with me,”‘ she explains. ‘And after I had been casting for about half an hour, he said, “I see what you mean.”‘ Archive footage accompanying the princess’ remarks shows a young Anne trying to fish alongside her father.  Meanwhile, another clip captures Prince Edward as a child sitting in a rowing boat with his father. The Earl of Wessex recalls: ‘I used to go out with my father fishing and I can’t quite remember at which point I was then given charge of the oars but I then had to very quickly learn how to row a boat.’  Others appearing in the new film include Princes William and Harry, Princess Anne’s husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, the Duchess of Cornwall, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall. But the partners of the Duke’s grandchildren, including the Duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex, are not involved.  Previous clips released by the BBC ahead of the broadcast this week make it clear that his loss is still felt keenly. Zara, daughter of the Princess Royal, says, poignantly: ‘You never really prepare yourself for losing him because he was always there.’ The Duke of Cambridge adds: ‘He’s always been a huge presence behind everything we have done.’ But it is his eldest son, the Prince of Wales, who sums it up most succinctly: ‘We were lucky to have him for nearly 100 years.’
