Dear Lady, Next to my first reaction on your application in my fax message of last 31 July, 22.15 h. Dutch time, I can report that afterwards I studied your Curriculum Vitae more in detail. I noted that you were born in Murmansk U.S.S.R. You have been a teacher. You use your own business computer equipment. Macintosh as I do. You specialise in banking and finance, industrial and commercial, computing and information technology, legal and general technical texts, operating with English as the source language and Russian as the target language. You are able to travel throughout the United Kingdom and overseas. As interpreter you have experience in conference interpreting of wide ranging discussions between the Local Government International Bureau and Soviet representatives of ministerial rank. You participated in Central Independent Television's presentation of the British Film and Televison Festival in Kiev. You have been contracted to act as sole interpreter for Hewlett-Packard limited during the course of a series of unpublished discussions with high-ranking Russian officials, including senior ministers. In 1992 you engaged as the Ukrainian ministerial delegation's interpreter at the UK-based conference on Public Employment Service organised under the auspices of the Department of Employment. You worked on a series of reports by Coopers & Lybrand. It's a good profile that you have. Perhaps you could be a helping hand in building up the network in England. I will think this over.
Concerning my remark about the Archbishop of Canterbury I have established that Mr George Carey has taken a very strong decision concerning the constitutional crisis in the United Kingdom. You may tell him that I dispose of the qualifications to become Head of the Church of England. The Church of the Netherlands was founded by Gaspar van der Heyden (1530 -1584). During the Eighty Years War between Spain and the Netherlands (1568-1648) he remained some time in England (Norwich). I may suppose that in those days he might have had a lot of influence in the English Church. Mr Gaspar van der Heyden descended from the High Noble Family Van der Heyden from Mechelen (Flanders). Together with William of Orange he founded the State of the Netherlands. He is probably one of my ancestors. I joined the Church of England on last 27 April in St. Mary's Church in Warwick during a service conducted by reverend David Brindley.
If the Family Beauchamp has no objections I can be appointed Duke of Warwick. That will also be the perfect solution for the constitutional crisis in England. You may tell that to Mr Carey. With kind regards. Yours Sincerely, INSTITUTO CERVANTES, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales, J.L Van der Heyden, Manager Benelux.
