Beste Peter, Hoewel het je veel tijd zal kosten je de informatie van mijn brief van afgelopen vrijdag eigen te maken, acht ik het in verband met de actualiteit van het grootste belang je verder te informeren aangaande mijn relatie met de familie Spencer in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Ik ben benieuwd hoe ver het staat met de verkoop van 'Madame Tussauds' en of jij in actie bent gekomen. Beperken tot kernactiviteiten dus: 1. Raad van Bestuur; 2. 'Madame Tussauds'; 3. Cervantes Air. Bovendien is dit een perfect weekend om een pintje te gaan drinken in 'den Anvers'. Wat Cervantes Air betreft heb ik nog niet direct behoefte aan participatie van de heer Al Fayed, tenzij hij het zakelijk houdt en achter dat gedoe over zijn zoon met mijn prinses voor eens en voor altijd een punt zet. De Familie werkt hier gelukkig al aan mee. Ik lees immers op pagina T11 in de Telegraaf Al Fayed woedend: Dodi niet in Diana-museum. Ik wil hier wel mijn commentaar op geven. Charles heeft volstrekt gelijk om de verantwoordelijken voor de dood van Mijn prinses buiten de deur te houden. Mohameds brief van 13 augustus vorig jaar geeft al aan dat hij en zijn zoon op een ongewenste wijze in mijn privé-situatie heeft geïnterveniëerd hetgeen heeft geleid tot het fatale ongeval van mijn partner.
Het doet mij deugd dat de familie Spencer ontkent dat de relatie tussen Diana en Dodi serieus was. Het wordt dus tijd dat de heer Al Fayed eens een keer duidelijk de oren wordt gewassen. Dat laat ik graag aan mijn collega over 'aan de kust'. Daar is zij goed in. In gecoördineerde actie sta ik jou wel toe het contact met de Harrods-baas te onderhouden nu ik mijn functie aan jou heb overgedragen. Daarom geef ik hieronder de teksten weer van de brieven en faxberichten die ik de heer Al Fayed heb doen toekomen vanaf vorig jaar. Verder is uiteraard alles te lezen in mijn Letters: PARTICIPATION. Op de brief van 13 augustus heb ik alsvolgt gereageerd: Mrs Ana Wilkins. Aangezien mijn bezoek aan Windsor en omstreken van 17 tot en met 21 augustus slechts contact had opgeleverd met enkele Egyptenaren in het bubbelbad van Holiday Inn heb ik per fax alsnog een reminder gezonden met de volgende tekst: Harrods Knightsbridge. Attention: Mr Mohammed Al Fayed. In plaats van mij een bericht te doen toekomen met de boodschap "Thank You very much Mr. Van der Heyden for Your proposal. I agree", moest zijn zoon echter zo nodig een ring gaan kopen om mijn verloofde een aanzoek te doen, met alle noodlottige gevolgen van dien. Zij heeft - volgens mijn informatie - die ring niet geaccepteerd. Na het fatale ongeluk ben ik derhalve in contact getreden met de Britse ambassadeur, Dame Rosemary Spencer, in 's-Gravenhage. Uiteraard hieromtrent eveneens mijn berichtgeving: CONDOLENCES. Op advies van de ambassadeur ben ik niet naar Londen gegaan voor mijn eigen gemoedsrust. Reden waarom ik Prinses Margriet dankbaar ben dat zij de honneurs heeft waargenomen. Op 8 september zond ik Mohamed - in shocktoestand - de volgende brief: CONDOLENCES. Op 10 september zond ik de volgende faxberichten naar de ambassade Appointment en vervolgens Princess Diana Memorial Fund.; Message; Investigation. Op 15 september kreeg ik een faxbericht met de volgende tekst:
"BRITISH EMBASSY. LANGE VOORHOUT 10. 2514 ED THE HAGUE. Mr John Van Der Heyden. Instituto Cervantes. Neude 30C. 35212 AG Utrecht. 15 September 1997. Dear Mr. Van der Heyden. Thank you for your recent correspondence addressed to the Ambassador. The Ambassador has asked me to let you know that there is a memorial service for Princess Diana at the Kloosterkerk, Lange Voorhout at 1800 on Wednesday 17 September. Invitations are not being sent out as it is open to those who would like to attend. The Ambassador regrets that she is not available at present for a meeting with you due to her very busy schedule but has read your various letters with interest. Yours sincerely, Ruth Coward."
Hier heb ik alsvolgt op gereageerd Memorial Service. Vanaf dat moment ben ik mij gaandeweg gaan realiseren dat de heer Al Fayed de eerste verantwoordelijke manager is voor de dood van mijn prinses als eigenaar van het Ritz Hotel in Parijs. Daarom zond ik eveneens de volgende fax naar de ambassadeur The Big Secret. De dienst heb ik na een bezoek aan de Tweede Kamer bezocht op woensdag 17 september.
Na afloop heb ik met Ruth Coward persoonlijk kennis gemaakt. Zij was nog enorm overstuur. En ik ook natuurlijk. Daarom heb ik de nacht op de Baak doorgebracht.
Jij bent thans nummer twee die ik hiervan in kennis stel. Om de Chairman van Harrods met de feiten te confronteren zond ik hem op 7 oktober de volgende brief LETTERS TO DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES. Zoals je ziet is dit een zakelijk voorstel. En nogmaals: als hij dat gedoe van zijn zoon nu eens voor zichzelf houdt, mag hij meevliegen met onze luchtvaartmaatschappij. Hij kan ook partipiceren, maar wij blijven wel de baas! Daarom zond ik hem ook nog de volgende brief WINDSOR ESTATE IN PARIS. Op 10 november ging er nog een kort faxberichtje naar de ambassade, waarop ik nog geen reactie heb ontvangen Memorial Concert. De volgende dag ging nog onderstaande brief naar de heer Al Fayed BIRTHDAY. Deze fragmenten voeg ik nogmaals aan deze brief toe. De laatste brief is van 25 November 1997 CHRISTMAS. Op de brief van 7 november heeft hij niet gereageerd. Nu kan jij hem óók de oren wassen. Together with Our President. Hartelijke groet.

Today I received a little statue of an angel carrying a red candle and a so called mistery present representing a peacock caring for three mushrooms from which two are broken down. My intuition tells me that this present must have a deep significance. It makes me think of a dear Lady and the broken hearts of two children who have my deepest concern. I think a lot of them. I can inform that the continuity of British Monarchy has my Supreme Concern as a member of the oldest noble family of this continent that produced every Royal House in Our Continent. A historical day. Welcome
home again. It means to you a year of freedom. To me a year of
new inspiration. A year of a new relationship with Britain. A
new starting point. A new process. Forgetting Spain and Spanish
for a while and concentrating on England and English. I look back
with a great sense of satisfaction. I have learned to know you
in a year. First by bying two books of Andrew Morton. Then newspapers
in which I followed you and learned to know your world. As you
stepped out of the royal household, I got into, although out of
a humble atmosphere. You have been my inspiration to change. You
inspired me to celebrate Christmas in the cradle of our royal
family. You inspired me to found a new company in Britain with
a world wide known name. You inspired me to invest all my money
in a new relationship. You were - and still are - my invisible
manager, the new partner on the other side of the sea. I learned
a lot during the last year. First of all I learned to improve
my English. I got new ideas, new thoughts and noticed that they
are the same as yours. I even adapted your pronunciation after
having seen and heard the video tape of your visit to Angola.
I consider you as my spiritual sister or better: spiritual partner.
You inspired me to come to England in April with a painting under
my arms, representing a new organization. If it will become a
